I Yam What I Yam

I need a studio, well a place at least. A place where I can accumulate things, objects, drawings and half ideas and let them settle, inform each other and accumulate. One of the reason’s – I have a list – I need a studio, is that there are moments, where what’s to hand come into brilliant creative collision with a need. These moments and need come with such speed, that there’s no time for the projects to get ‘Lost’, for second guessing, or time to polish. I cherish these moments, pursue them, remain vigilant and nurture, what I think are the optimal environmental conditions that bring them about. Hence I need a studio.

When these moments do come, I’m fantastically proud of them. Here’s one. I’m very proud. They make me smile. They were quick, very quick. I was a hero.
