What I find interesting about these drawings is that it highlights the possibility of the creators power to distort the notion of reality and the risk that I could be decieved by creators. I believe it’s a collition of drawing style and choice of motif that trigger these thoughts. You have drawn in a way that I associate with trying to capture reality, but at the same time you have drawn a doll/child with a twisted body where the later would be strange to decide to capture in a drawing. Theoretically, I have no Idea of what I am seeing is real distorted child, real doll, fake distorted child or fake doll. As an extention, I dont even know if the other objects are real, why would they be? It’s funny how far from reality it accually is. Its a paper and lines: yet purely because of my history with a style I instanly see it as a reflection of a reality, only this time I can’t be sure which reality I see.

    Really nice/ Johan Frössén
